A spot or seam welder which is factory rebuilt is completely stripped, with all parts checked and reconditioned where necessary. A new control system is fitted, together with a new pneumatics. Most customers choose to have electro-pneumatic regulators which allow programmed selection of the air pressure in each of the 64 weld programs. Many customers also ask for the incorporation of force measurement by load cell to ensure better quality surveillance. Of course, the machine is completely cleaned and repainted.
